Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s), including the return address and any necessary forms.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the completed return form provided by our team.
- Ship Your Item: Send the package to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Receive Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow the following timeframes for your refund to be processed:
