  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any potential customs delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Here’s how it works:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s), including the return address and any necessary forms.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the completed return form provided by our team.
  4. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  5. Receive Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow the following timeframes for your refund to be processed:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days after approval of the return.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval of the return.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Food Jars: Once opened, food jars cannot be returned for safety reasons.
